Amadeus is a collective asset manager within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FinIA), with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Laupenstrasse 27, 3003 Bern and is directly subjected to FINMA.

Amadeus is subject to an ordinary scope audit of its annual accounts and a compliance review regarding the legal and regulatory requirements of the anti-money laundering legislation. Since 1990 these controls are carried out periodically by the auditor Ernst & Young SA.
